This complex is absolutely beautiful, very clean and safe to raise kids. The apartments are spacious with great amenities. I recommend this to anyone that is looking for a place to live I promise you will not regret it. I'm pleased to call this my home. My whole family loves it here. We're safe and happy here. The staff and management team are very friendly. The maintenance crew always responded on time whenever I need help. They are very amazing hardworking people.

It been great so far. The community is in a great location with definitely store shopping centers around. And also close to metro station around the neighborhood. Restaurants are also around With a great recreation out door for kids to play and a gym for adults

The apartments are very spacious & affordable. I am really in love with my walk closet, it is the perfect size for all my clothes, shoes etc. And the patio is more then enough space, you can put at least a 5pc patio set, fire pit, & tent on it..

Moving to Cheverly was a great idea. When I applied I got approved almost immediately and the staff was very nice during the moving in process. When it was time to move in my lease and keys were waiting for me and I walked into an amazing apartment with so much space. The neighborhood is peaceful and I really like it here.
